  • Billing Information: processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
  • Technical Data: website URLs, IP addresses for rate limiting and fraud prevention, and anonymous usage telemetry.

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect is strictly utilized to operate, maintain, and improve the AccessiLens platform. This includes:

  • Running accessibility scans and generating AI-based fixes like alt-text dynamically.
  • Authenticating your access to the AccessiLens administrator dashboard.
  • Providing customer support and communicating important platform updates.

We do not, under any circumstances, sell your personal data to third parties.

3. End-User Data (Your Subjects)

A core principle of AccessiLens is the privacy of the people visiting the websites we are installed on. The AccessiLens widget strictly does not track, store, log, or sell personally identifiable information of end-users visiting your website. All accessibility preferences selected by the end-user via the toolbar are stored strictly locally in their own browser's `localStorage` or `sessionStorage`.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect data in transit and robust access controls to protect data stored in our databases (Google Firestore). By utilizing Google Cloud infrastructure, our security protocols natively adhere to strict compliances.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for the secure operation of the admin dashboard (e.g., holding functional session states). We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies directly through our administrative platform or our client-side scripts.
