1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AccessiLens AI ("the Service"), you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software, website, or APIs.

2. Description of Service

AccessiLens provides a dynamic, automated web accessibility widget, along with AI-driven remediation tools (such as automated alt-text generation and DOM modification) designed to improve website compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards and ADA guidelines.

Disclaimer regarding Legal Compliance: While AccessiLens utilizes advanced automation and artificial intelligence to significantly improve accessibility, the use of our product does not guarantee 100% full legal compliance or absolute immunity against accessibility-related lawsuits (e.g., under the ADA). Due to the complex nature of web technologies, human-audited remediation may still be required. The user assumes all legal responsibility for their website's compliance.

3. User Obligations & Restrictions

When using AccessiLens, you expressly agree to the following:

  • You will only install the AccessiLens script on domains that you own, operate, or have explicit legal authorization to modify.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring the ongoing accuracy of AI-generated content on your site (such as dynamically generated image alternative text or language translations).
  • You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our widget, AI models, or back-end APIs.
  • Failure to pay subscription invoices via Stripe will result in the immediate suspension of widget functionality on your domains.

4. Service Uptime and API Usage Limits

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime. However, AccessiLens is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Access to our services is subject to the specific usage limits (e.g., API call limits, site limits) defined by your chosen subscription tier. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that maliciously abuse the system architecture.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AccessiLens AI, its creators, nor its directors, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our service.
