PDF Audit Report
An audit report is an official document that shows how well your website meets accessibility standards. AccessiLens can automatically scan your website and produce a professional PDF report. This document is often required by legal teams, procurement departments, or clients who want proof that your website is accessible before signing a contract.
How to generate your audit report
Log into your AccessiLens dashboard and click on 'Reports' in the left menu.
Select the website you want to audit from the list.
Click 'Start Full Scan'. The system will check your website for accessibility issues — this usually takes about 60 seconds.
Once complete, click 'Download PDF' to save your report. You can share this with clients, legal teams, or procurement contacts.
Multi-page scanning
AccessiLens does not just check your homepage. It can scan up to 50 pages of your website to find accessibility issues that might be hidden deep within your site — such as on a product page or a contact form.
Compliance score
The report includes an overall score expressed as a percentage. For example, '94% compliant with WCAG 2.1'. This makes it easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand how accessible your site is at a glance.
Plain-language fix guide
For any issues AccessiLens cannot fix automatically, the report includes a clear, step-by-step guide explaining what the problem is and how a developer can resolve it. This guide is written in plain language so it can be understood without specialist knowledge.
