Multi-Domain Management & RBAC
Enterprise AccessiLens accounts support RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), SSO (Single Sign-On), and unified cross-domain analytics — allowing large organisations to manage their entire digital accessibility portfolio from a single dashboard. Multiple websites, multiple teams, and multiple billing streams are consolidated into one view.
Setting up your team and multiple sites
To add a team member, go to 'Settings', then 'Team', and click 'Invite'. Assign one of three RBAC roles: Viewer (read-only access to reports), Editor (can update site settings), or Admin (full account access including billing).
To configure SSO — allowing your team to authenticate using your organisation's identity provider (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace) via SAML 2.0 — navigate to 'Security' > 'SSO Configuration'. This feature requires the Enterprise tier.
Visit the Analytics dashboard to see aggregated accessibility metrics across all your domains — including which AT profiles and assistive features your visitors use most frequently.
Manage Stripe billing, download invoices, and monitor your monthly pageview consumption under 'Billing'.
Consolidated enterprise billing
Rather than managing separate subscriptions per domain, Enterprise accounts receive a single consolidated invoice covering all registered domains. This simplifies procurement, accounting, and purchase order processing.
Pageview-based billing tiers
Plans are metered by pageviews — the total number of times your pages are loaded by visitors in a calendar month. If your traffic exceeds your plan's included pageview allowance, additional views are billed at a flat CPM (cost per thousand) overage rate at month-end.
